سياسة الخصوصية والدعم

1. مقدمة

تطبيق Learn Swift («تعلّم Swift») تطبيق تعليمي لأجهزة Apple لتعلّم لغة Swift وإطار SwiftUI. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق، وأين تُحفظ، وكيف تتحكم فيها.

2. استخدام التطبيق دون حساب

يمكنك استخدام التطبيق كاملاً دون إنشاء حساب. في هذه الحالة يُحفظ تقدّمك على جهازك، ويُزامَن عبر حساب iCloud الخاص بك إن كان مفعّلاً على الجهاز.

3. البيانات التي نتعامل معها

• عند تسجيل الدخول (اختياري): معرّف المستخدم الذي يوفّره «تسجيل الدخول مع Apple»، والاسم والبريد الإلكتروني إن اخترت مشاركتهما (ويمكنك إخفاء بريدك عبر خيار Apple لإخفاء البريد). لا يطلب التطبيق كلمة مرور ولا يحفظ أي كلمة مرور.
• بيانات التعلّم: نقاط الخبرة والمستوى، والدروس المكتملة ونتائج الاختبارات، وسلسلة الأيام، والمفضلة، وتمارين المختبر، والإنجازات، والتحدي اليومي.
• الإعدادات: اللغة والمظهر والصوت والاهتزاز، وتفعيل التذكير اليومي ووقته.
• بيانات تشخيصية محلية: تقارير الأعطال التي يوفّرها نظام Apple (MetricKit) تُحفظ على جهازك فقط ولا تُرسل إلى أي خادم تابع لنا.
• لا نجمع: بيانات الدفع، أو الموقع الجغرافي، أو جهات الاتصال، أو الصور، ولا نستخدم أي تتبّع إعلاني أو أدوات تحليلات من أطراف ثالثة.

4. أين تُحفظ البيانات

• على جهازك: قاعدة بيانات التطبيق، وسلسلة المفاتيح (Keychain) لمعرّف الجلسة، وإعدادات التطبيق، وملخص الودجت.
• في iCloud الخاص بك: يُزامَن التقدّم عبر قاعدة CloudKit الخاصة المرتبطة بحساب iCloud الخاص بك؛ لا يطّلع عليها غيرك، ولا نملك نحن صلاحية الوصول إليها.
• لا يملك التطبيق خادماً خاصاً به، ولا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية.

5. المشتريات

مشتريات التطبيق حزم دروس تُشترى مرة واحدة عبر App Store، وتُدار بالكامل من Apple. لا نستلم أي بيانات دفع، وتُستعاد المشتريات عبر حساب Apple نفسه من زر «استعادة المشتريات».

6. التذكير اليومي

التذكير اختياري، ويُجدول محلياً على جهازك في الوقت الذي تختاره، ولا يُرسل في الأيام التي تتعلّم فيها قبل موعده. يمكنك إيقافه من إعدادات التطبيق أو من إعدادات الإشعارات في الجهاز.

7. خدمات Apple التي يعتمد عليها التطبيق

يعتمد التطبيق على خدمات Apple وحدها: «تسجيل الدخول مع Apple»، وApp Store للمشتريات، وiCloud لمزامنة تقدّمك، والإشعارات للتذكير اليومي. وتخضع هذه الخدمات لسياسة خصوصية Apple. ولا يستخدم التطبيق أي خدمات أو أدوات من جهات أخرى، ولا يعرض إعلانات.

8. حذف بياناتك والتحكم فيها

• حذف الحساب: من الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب؛ يحذف تقدّمك وبيانات حسابك من الجهاز ومن iCloud الخاص بك.
• عند الدخول بحساب Apple، يمكنك أيضاً إلغاء ربط التطبيق من إعدادات حساب Apple ← تسجيل الدخول والأمان ← التطبيقات التي تستخدم حساب Apple.
• تسجيل الخروج: يعيدك إلى وضع الاستخدام دون حساب، ويبقى تقدّم حسابك محفوظاً لحين عودتك.
• حذف التطبيق يحذف البيانات المحفوظة على الجهاز.

9. مناسب لجميع الأعمار

التطبيق مناسب لجميع الأعمار بتصنيف عمري 4+، ويمكن للأطفال استخدامه بأمان: فهو لا يعرض إعلانات، ولا يتضمن محادثات أو تواصلاً مع مستخدمين آخرين، ولا يتطلب إنشاء حساب. وتتم المشتريات عبر App Store، فتنطبق عليها أدوات الرقابة الأبوية من Apple مثل «طلب الشراء» و«مدة استخدام الجهاز».

10. التغييرات على السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر التطبيق، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.

Learn Swift is an educational app for learning Swift and SwiftUI on Apple devices. This policy explains what data the app handles, where it is stored, and how you control it.

2. Using the app without an account

You can use the whole app without creating an account. Your progress is then stored on your device and synced through your own iCloud account if it is enabled on the device.

3. Data the app handles

• If you sign in (optional): the user identifier provided by Sign in with Apple, plus your name and email if you choose to share them (you can hide your email with Apple's Hide My Email option). The app never asks for or stores a password.
• Learning data: XP and level, completed lessons and quiz results, day streak, bookmarks, code lab exercises, achievements, and the daily challenge.
• Settings: language, appearance, sound, haptics, and the daily reminder setting and time.
• Local diagnostics: crash reports provided by Apple's MetricKit are kept on your device only and are not sent to any server of ours.
• We do not collect: payment data, location, contacts, or photos, and we use no advertising tracking or third-party analytics.

4. Where data is stored

• On your device: the app database, the Keychain (session identifier), app settings, and the widget summary.
• In your iCloud: progress syncs through the private CloudKit database of your own iCloud account. Nobody else can see it, and we have no access to it.
• The app has no server of its own. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

5. Purchases

Purchases are one-time lesson bundles bought through the App Store and handled entirely by Apple. We never receive payment data. Purchases are restored with the same Apple account via Restore Purchases.

6. Daily reminder

The reminder is optional and scheduled locally on your device at the time you choose. It is skipped on days you have already studied before that time. You can turn it off in the app's settings or in your device's notification settings.

7. Apple services the app relies on

The app relies on Apple services only: Sign in with Apple, the App Store for purchases, iCloud to sync your progress, and notifications for the daily reminder. These services are covered by Apple's privacy policy. The app uses no services or tools from any other company and shows no ads.

8. Deleting and controlling your data

• Delete account: Settings → Account → Delete account removes your progress and account data from the device and from your iCloud.
• If you signed in with Apple, you can also remove the app under Apple Account settings → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple.
• Sign out: returns you to using the app without an account; your account's progress stays saved until you sign in again.
• Deleting the app removes the data stored on the device.

9. Suitable for all ages

The app is suitable for all ages and rated 4+, so children can use it safely: it shows no ads, has no chat or contact with other users, and needs no account. Purchases go through the App Store, so Apple's parental controls such as Ask to Buy and Screen Time apply.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The last-updated date is shown at the top.
